Booking Process

1. Start of Booking : First call us to start your tour booking process. Call us over phone or via WhatsApp. You can also Message via SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger.

4. Primary Booking : Provide us initial information needed. We shall now send you a primary booking sheet via email. Please, read the primary booking sheet carefully and fill in the sheet with precise information . It is important, because, this  information will help us very much to frame your tour easily, hassle-free and enjoyable. After completion, please send back the primary booking sheet to us via email.

5. Signature : Forms sent via email do not require any signature and it will be in editable version.

6. Finalizing Primary Booking : After checking the information you provided us on the sheet, we may call you if anything is left to fill in or alter anything and to finalize it.

7. Cost & Payment : When primary information sheet is finalized, we shall send you primary confirmation note via email and WhatsApp. Total cost of the tour and the payment options will be sent to you also.

8. Bank Deposit : In to one of our selected banks, please, deposit 50% of the total package price as advance. Send a photograph of the deposit slip by WhatsApp or via  email. After receiving the deposit SMS from the concerned bank we shall send you an acknowledgement note. 

9. Booking Confirmation : We shall send you booking confirmation note along with Organizations printed and signed money receipt. We shall prepare the itinerary, where you will find all the details of your tour info and shall send it to your email.

10. Changing Info : No information can be changed after tour confirmation sheet sent to you. Any info needed to be changed must be done before this step.

11. Due Payment : Rest of the amount of your total tour cost should be paid by selected methods we mutually agreed upon earlier after reaching hotel and before starting the tour.

12. Book Time Preference : We suggest you to Book your tour at least 12 days before of your tour day.

13. Tour cost Excludes : Tour cost does not include any personal expenses (like personal vehicle fare, personal purchase, tips, donations etc.)

14. Cancellation : If A booked tour need to be cancelled , a written note is to be sent to the organization describing the cause. In normal days it can be done before 5 days without any compensation. In the occasion of a national festival or national holiday, it should be done before 7 days to make a free cancellation.

15. Refund policy : Refund shall be made after one month from the date of cancellation.

16. Date Change : Tour Date change option is available . Send a note to the organization describing your issue. Further date can be fixed by bi-mutual negotiations.

17. Things to abide by : We shall abide by all the natural and government instructions of the spot.

18. Room Allocation : Accommodation will be provided as per logical requirements. Family & Marital Status will be considered for room allocation.

19. Child policy :

A. General : Packages are prepared in the basis of adult person. If there are children in the team, please, provide there age and numbers precisely to arrange a smooth and operative tour.

B. Food : Children up to 6 years, free of cost. No plates and will share with their parents. Children from 6+ years to 12 years 50% charge. 12+ and onwards full charge.

C. Accommodation : Child Up to 6 years can share bed with parents free of cost. 6+ years to below 12 years, extra bed will be charged. 12+ years and onwards will be counted as adult persons.

D. Transportation : Seat will not be allocated for children up to 6 years. From 6 + years will have a separate seat on tour transportation
